WHAT

Hunts were tasked to install new lighting to entrance lobby, stairwell and lift lobby from ground to 3rd floor. 

A mixture of suspended and recessed LED lights were installed to make the landlords area a brighter and more appealing space to come into.

Works carried out:

• Strip out old redundant wiring

• Reconfigure existing lighting wiring

• Installation of new suspended black light fittings and emergency versions of the same fitting

• Installation of new running man emergency lit legends

• Installation of new 4000k flush LED strips into walls at varying heights and lengths

• Installation of 2 No vertical lights to light up the entrance floor designation board

• Replace audio entry phones and front door magnetic strike

• Add additional smoke detection and commissioning of fire alarm system
