Hunts Electrical were tasked with transforming Monster UK's current Office area into a fully functional Laboratory Space.

The specific jobs completed by Hunts compiled of:

• Reconfigure existing lighting and power circuits to suit new layout.

• Design and install new 600mm x 600mm 4000k LED light panels to suit the new Cat B fit out.

• Install additional Lighting Control Modules (LCM’s) to suit additional lights.

• Install new Passive Infra Red (PIR) controls in new areas.

• Extend/modify and install new 3 compartment dado trunking.

• Install new MK white plastic sockets in dado trunking and partition walls.

• Move and install new switched fused spurs for fan coils.

• Install new supply to external condenser.

• Reconfigure / extend and install new fire alarm smoke detectors.
